Inter Partition Welding Machine

We are highly engaged in manufacturing and supplying Inter partition welding machines which are designed as per the client's requirement. These Inter partition welding machines are used in many engineering, manufacturing and automobile industries. This machine is integrated with self centering arms and double arms movement welding head. We design these machines in order to perform smooth operation by reducing the cost and time of the operations.
Various specification of this machine are as follows:

Double arms movement:

1. Well designed welding head has double arms movement and self-centering arms, which intelligently rotates for inverter & UPS battery types, such as N-120, N-150, and N-200 batteries.
2. It will exactly match the center of partition.

Transformer:

1. Current source of machine is state of art heavy transformer of 65 KVA rating.
2. We use best quality of copper, which dissipates lesser heat.
3. So machine does not waste Costlier electricity in the form of heat; only air-cooling is sufficient.
4. If water-cooling is used it will increase running load of pump and waste water, which is also becoming precious and harming to environment so our machine is environment friendly.

Welding Current Controller:

1. *Design of welding controller is operator friendly.
2. *Operator can select size of battery directly and once selected all the stored programming are set automatically.
3. *Operator also can set and view all parameters such as squeeze time, weld time, and cooling time and required current as per battery's size, which can be programmed respectively for battery size and recall whenever that size of battery is made.
4. *He can also communicate if any of the problems arises so he could be guided directly without physically present on the machine.
5. *Operation of machine is automatic for each weld.
6. *Operator has to press single push button for one cycle in which one weld is performed which connects two cells through the partition.
7. *One cycle includes down command squeeze command, weld command, open command, up command.
8. *Hence operator needs not to think for operation of machine so maximum out in minimum time has been achieved.
